Information, not a binding offer
The website explains typical services, starting prices and scope. It is not a binding quotation, contract, professional advice or promise that a particular system is compatible or suitable. A quote request is an enquiry only. Work begins only under a written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties.
Prices and timelines
Websites start from £99/month and apps from £199/month, with no upfront cost for either. The written agreement confirms the monthly scope, contract term, billing schedule, cancellation, support and ownership arrangements before work starts. These starting prices do not cover every build. Complex applications, SaaS, ecommerce and migrations are quoted to scope. Strategy projects start from £2,500; separate marketing and broader management start from £750/month. Advertising spend, cloud infrastructure, model usage and licences are agreed separately.
A standard build window begins after scope, access, business rules and required content are approved. Bespoke integration, migration, procurement, delayed client inputs or dependency failures can change the plan. Any delivery commitment that applies will be in the written agreement.
No commercial-results guarantee
We do not promise a number of leads, appointments, customers, revenue, savings or return on investment. Commercial outcomes also depend on demand quality, pricing, availability, capacity and staff action.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person or use automated submissions to create unreasonable load. We may block abusive requests and preserve relevant records where reasonably needed for security.
Intellectual property
The website, design, writing, diagrams and Urthly marks belong to Urthly Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share a normal link to the site. You may not copy, resell, extract or present substantial parts as your own without permission.

Links to third-party sites are provided for context. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. A project may depend on third-party products under their own terms; those dependencies are identified in the written scope.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care with the site but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising only from use of this informational website.
